While our methodology is designed to achieve Page 1 placement on Google, search engine rankings are ultimately controlled by third parties and are not guaranteed. Specific ranking commitments, if any, appear in each client's written agreement.

We build your site to your branding specifications to rank on Page 1 of Google for low-cost dental implants in your city and state. You only pay AFTER the site has ranked on Page 1 of Google.
Because Google changes their algorithm, we cannot guarantee that you'll never get bumped off of Page 1. Our staff monitors our hosted sites and Google's changes and does everything we can to maintain Page 1 rankings.
When we do get bumped, we can usually get back to Page 1 within 3–10 days, but we have to wait for Google to re-index the page. Since we cannot control Google's timeline, we cannot guarantee exactly how long it will take.
If we ever lose Page 1 ranking for more than 30 consecutive days, your billing will be paused until we have ranked Page 1 again.
